PRIMARY BIRTH OFFERING- $2000

Initial obligation-free consultation

3 x prenatal visits (allow 1.5- 2 hours for each of these sessions – contact for breakdown of each session)

On call 2 weeks before and after the due date

Birth – from active labour to birth
-
2 x postnatal visits (up to 2 hrs each) which may include feeding, settling, light housework & meal prep. I also bring two home-cooked meals over which can be frozen or eaten fresh (dietary requirements considered).
Any reasonable amount of time spent on the phone is included in this package. Please call me anytime with questions, general updates after clinical visits and any concerns / feelings that come up*

Postnatal Offering
POSTNATAL PACKAGE- $500

Initial obligation-free consultation

4 x postnatal visits (up to 2 hours each- totalling 8 hours of postnatal support)

Debriefing your birth experience

Support around feeding & settling techniques

Light housework & food prep
-
2 x home cooked meals to be eaten fresh or stored in freezer

Caring for bub and/or siblings, allowing Mum to have a rest
-
Emotional support- listening to thoughts, feelings & concerns
Please note: If you are purchasing the Primary Birth Offering and would also like to subsequently purchase the Postnatal Package for further support (totalling 5 x postnatal visits) a $150 discount applies to the total cost.
ANTENATAL SUPPORT SESSIONS- $350
2 x In-Depth Support Sessions with you and your partner in your home, which will cover a wide range of topics including the following:

VIRTUAL FULL-SERVICE OFFERING 1- $600

30 min initial consultation via mobile, Skype, Facetime, Whatsapp etc.

2 x prenatal meetings (2-2.5 hours each) to discuss:

24/7 Support via phone, text or email 2 weeks prior to and until due date.

Virtual support during labour*: offering encouragement and answering any questions.
*Option for at home support during early labour until transfer to hospital (This is dependent on the location on the birthing mum)
